Meet Our Pastor
Reverend and president of Life’s Cry Inc., Yvette DuHamel is ordained and affiliated with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada. She has worked in the inner city of Toronto for over eighteen years in evangelism and training church teams from Canada and the US. Yvette is also founder of International Christian Centre inner city church, Treasure House Ministries city mission, housing 50 homeless per night, and Harvest Time Cafe feeding 40,000 per year.
If I then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another’s feet. For I have given you an example, that you should do as I have done to you. Most assuredly, I say to you, a servant is not greater than his master; nor is he who is sent greater than he who sent him.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
THE BIBLE
We believe in the Word of God. The Word became flesh and dwelt among us, His name is Jesus. He created everything that was created. He was born of a virgin, He died on the Cross and rose on the third day, and because He rose again we will also rise again. (John 1)
HOLY SPIRIT
We believe in the Father, Son and Holy Spirit which are one God. (John 5)
SALVATION
For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. (Romans 10:10)
THE CHURCH
We believe that Christ is the head of the church, who is His Body (Ephesians 5)
EVANGELISM
Our mission is to preach the Gospel, take care of the poor and their needs, and pray for the sick. Jesus said "for I was hungry and ye gave me meat; I was thirsty and ye gave me drink; I was a stranger, and ye took me in." (Matthew 25:35)
CHRIST'S RETURN
We believe in the resurrection of Jesus Christ and His return.
